Curious to hear others experiences when they were TTC. I have been doing both OPK tests and measuring my BBT for several months and I’m noticing that I’ll get a positive OPK but then my body temperature won’t spike for sometimes up to 4 days later. BBT is more "accurate" in that it is the only of the two that will actually confirm that you've ovulated. Unfortunately, it only tells you after the fact. It is possible to get a +OPK and not ovulate, which is why OPKs are not always accurate. I would recommend using both--Use OPKs until you get a +, then have sex every day (if possible) until ... Are you taking your BBT its the only real reliable way to tell if you have Ovulated. But if your getting highs then I would just keep having sex and hoping that you catch O even if you don't get a peak. I'm really sorry this is so frustrating for you. .
