I did find out that I could get a business line by signing up to pay $30k (split over monthly payments) for 2 years of gigabit fiber. This would just get the fiber to the front of our house. I would have to pay the additional $5k to run a pipe + other work to get fiber from the street into the house.. Does papa murphy

Our neighborhood has partial connectivity to AT&T Fiber. We have a new neighborhood being built right next door, and they also have AT&T fiber. It seems like when AT&T originally laid the fiber for the neighborhood, they covered some streets. Next would be the 23 million FTTN addresses of which I would estimate 11 million will be upgraded during this build out or about.
